What's up guys? Welcome to 2016! And here are some tips for you, and for us to have the best year!
1. Keep a journal
It's just the good way to look back at this year, capture moment, how you felt of your life this year. I like using my journal as diary. I use it to document my travel, for example like train ticket, photos, etc. It's just the great way to spill out your tought on paper, good way to clear mind, and keep on track woth the goals
2. Goals
This two, not focus so much on your resolution, little things, but about the bigger picture and goals of your life time that could improve your self.
3. Breaking Down Bigger Picies!
So, starting small. I've seen a lot of people (including me) doing the new year stuck. You know, like working everyday, just going holiday coz you're so motivated and then drop the year. Start small, you know, if you wanna be able to ... one day. Start small and step by step. This up here is your goal, and if you want get the start you hould have a little achievement and succeses. That you can only reach by working on them each day, get a new habits like wake up earlier, little warm up just doing that, starting small and always becoming better
Now every goals are i wish you have a lot of strength and motivation, and you can do it. Because anything you setr mind up to, you can achieve and slay.
And also wherever your goals are don't get trouble of have fun.
My next tip will be set weekly goals. I found a week is the perfect time to add more routine, working bit harder, and improve. So weekly improvement are great step coz it's like the whole month if you try to working out for whole month. And i find weekly goals is way easier to achieve. Set up your goal on sunday over next week, and work out every day!
Hang it next to your bed, so you can direct see that. I like to hang it next yo my work desk, so when i've finished the goal, i can just take out the goal.
4. Minimize Your Stuff
I feel like the new year is just the great way to get your things in order, have clean room again, organize your stuff, get rid of old things you don't use often, clothes you don't wear. For my own experience, when room is clean, it's way more motivated to study and to work,.
5. Set mind set to keep along with you
Not just in this year, but more general to make you be more positive.
My first tip is, no means to try again.
if it didn't work out for the first time, never give up.
Second tip is, wake up earlier.
I know this sound kinda like unrealistic, but for me person, i got way more productive, do more things!
Number three, is challenge your self.
This year, get out of your comfort zone, get challenges for your self. This is what really insteresting our self, life just get boring when you don't change anything and don't try anything.
Number four would be say yes more often.
Sometimes new things is cool, sometimes not. But at least we can still learn new things, see a lot more things can improve yourself!
No expectation, because when it's not like your expectation it'll just make you dissapointed, so just live in the moment and take this year day by day.
